Our community is over 33,000 students and 5,400 staff which operates over five campuses in London, Europe and Asia. With ambitious plans for the future, we are now seeking to appoint a Technical Project Manager. A key leadership role in delivering the Queen Mary University of London Strategy 2030.
The Technical Project Manager will lead the successful implementation of a number of diverse major projects at the University. Projects will typically be complex in nature and range from £20k to £1m in value. These will include plant asset replacement and enhanced refurbishment engineering projects. These projects will have a direct impact on the learning environment and the campus experience.
The Technical Project Manager will be experienced in mechanical and electrical design and project management. They will have a good understanding of programme logic sequencing, forecast planning, organisational and delivery skill with the ability to cope with multiple projects. They will possess excellent communication skills in order to successfully work with a broad spectrum of stakeholders.
