Morgan Management is the management company looking after the properties owned by Bana One Limited and several charities and is based in Hendon, North London.

The portfolio contains approximately 900 properties and has a value of approximately  £630 million.

The properties are concentrated in London and the South East with strong clusters in Brighton and Bournemouth but also include holdings in Hull Leicester Norfolk and Rutland.

There are office blocks, industrial estates, mixed use properties and leisure and retail units as well as development sites.

The company has a workforce of 55 consisting of commercial and residential property and asset managers, building surveyors, accounts and finance teams and a legal department.
